On every page load of your WordPress site, the plugin loads a JavaScript chatbot widget from SiteSideKick's CDN:

This script renders the chat interface on your site. No user data is sent when loading the script itself.

= Chat API requests =

When a visitor interacts with the chatbot, the widget sends the following data to the SiteSideKick API:

* The visitor's chat messages
* Your Chatbot ID (configured in the plugin settings)
* The domain of your WordPress site (for authentication)

This data is sent each time a visitor sends a message in the chatbot. The API processes the message using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to return a response based on the documents you have uploaded to your SiteSideKick account.
