1. Upload the plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.  
2. Activate it via the **Plugins** menu in WordPress.  
3. Go to the **Plugins** page and click:  
   - **Disable All Plugins (Except This)**  
   - or **Re-enable Plugins**

=What happens if I refresh the page after disabling plugins? =  
All disabled plugins will remain deactivated until you click the **Re-enable Plugins** button. Your plugin list will not refresh automatically unless you manually do so or use the button.
