1. Upload the `/hsaccess` folder to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
3. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress.
4. Navigate to the `HS Access Options` panel for configuration details.

The HS Access plugin provide the Super-Admin of a Wordpress Multi-Site installation to selectively allow the admins of the member blogs
access to Plugins. This can be done on a per individual level.
