1. Upload the plugin folder to `/wp-content/plugins/` or install via the WordPress plugin screen.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3. Go to **Time Tracker** in the admin menu.
4. Use the Start/Stop button in the admin bar.
