The encoded result (kind of &lt;a href="mailto:&#105&#108&#1118;&#046&#099;&#111;&#109;"&gt;Gmail Lover&lt;/a&gt;) is made undetectable by bad bots but still readable for browsers

1. Upload `fay-emails-encoder` to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
3. Go to 'Com'Moderators' menu
4. Allow your users
