Dibrother Simple Popup provides an easy-to-use interface for creating custom popups. You can add any content (text, images, links), control the size, and set specific display rules.

== Installation ==

1.  Upload the `dibrother-simple-popup.zip` file through the 'Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin' screen in your WordPress dashboard.
2.  Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
3.  Go to the "Dibrother Simple Popup" menu to configure the settings.
